The law firms of Paul McInnes LLP and Reavey Law Firm have filed a class action lawsuit seeking unpaid regular and overtime wages on behalf of hourly warehouse employees at a Platte County, Missouri warehouse facility operated by Pure Fishing. This case includes hourly warehouse employees who were employed directly by Pure Fishing or indirectly through a temporary staffing agency.
The lawsuit alleges that Pure Fishing has consistently violated Missouri statutory wage and hour laws, as well as Missouri common law, by shaving time worked from its employees’ paychecks through its unlawful one-way time clock rounding policy.
